RTC Constitution
RTC Constitution - Our Code, Our Culture
The RTC Constitution is more than a document - it’s the written soul of our community. It brings clarity, direction, and discipline to how we operate, grow, and protect the spirit of road travel.
Inside, you’ll find the full framework that guides RTC’s journey, including:
- Our Vision & Mission - why RTC exists and what we stand for
- Code of Conduct - how we behave on and off the road
- Roles & Responsibilities - from First Timers to Captains to Presidents
- Leadership Structure - how the club is led and how leaders are chosen
- Membership Rules - how to join, stay active, and grow within RTC
- Disciplinary Guidelines - how we handle lapses with fairness and respect
- Chapter Expansion & Ride Protocols - how we scale and organize responsibly
- The RTC Commandments - the values we never compromise on
Whether you’re a new member or a long-time leader, this document is your compass.

The RTC Commandments
Respect the Road and Those on It
We share the road with locals, animals, and fellow travellers. Always ride humble, never hostile.
Gear Up or Stay Back
Safety is not optional
Punctuality is the last word
Respecting time is respecting your tribe. Wheels roll on schedule, not on your mood.
No Litter, No Excuses
Leave only your tyre marks. We protect the routes that give us freedom.
Respect Women, Always
This is non-negotiable. Misconduct will result in immediate and permanent removal.
Discipline is Freedom in Formation
Ride order, pace, signals - follow them like muscle memory. Chaos on the road kills.
No Alcohol or Substances while Driving
Your ride deserves your full senses. Celebrations happen after, not during.
First Timer Ride in Between
New to the Club? Ride, Observe, Learn, then Lead.
What Happens on the Road, We Remember with Honour
We document stories, not egos. No reckless selfies, no racing, no one-upmanship.
We Ride Together, or Not at All
We don’t leave drivers behind. Every member is a mirror - ride with patience, stop with purpose.
