What does the Entry Fee cover?
The fee includes RTC merchandise and annual membership.
Is there an Annual Renewal Fee?
Yes, there is an annual renewal fee. This fee helps cover operational costs, digital tools, and community growth.
What is the minimum ride requirement to stay active?
Members must participate in a minimum of one (1) official RTC drive/ride per year to keep their membership active.
What counts as an official RTC drive?
Any official RTC event counts, including day rides, overnight trips, or major RTC expeditions.
When does my membership lapse?
Your membership is marked as inactive if you do not participate in any official RTC drive for 12 consecutive months.
What happens if my membership becomes inactive?
Inactive members are removed from members-only groups and activities.
How can I reinstate my lapsed membership?
To reinstate, you must first complete two (2) RTC drives as a non-member/first-timer to show renewed commitment.
What payment is required for reinstatement?
After completing the two required drives, you pay the standard annual renewal fee.
Does reinstatement include new merchandise?
No, merchandise is only included with the initial New Member Entry Fee. Merchandise can be purchased separately upon reinstatement.

- Membership is non-transferable and is tied to individual participation.
- Members are expected to uphold RTC values of safety, respect, and discipline, both on and off the road.
- Members who consistently disregard safety, respect, or discipline may be suspended, regardless of their ride count.
